Diversity: more than just a buzzword? Céline Schillinger and Chris Maslowski

This event is organized by the ESCP society GirlUp, but is open to everyone. 

Celine Schillinger is an award-winning French entrepreneur, change practitioner, and consultant. She has over 30 years of field experience, working with both small and global organizations across several continents. A solid track record on transformation informs Celine’s vision of change, engagement, diversity and leadership. Her book Dare to Un-Lead: The Art of Relational Leadership in a Fragmented World is released in May 2022.

Chris Maslowski studied Business Administration and WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and went on to found Movinga, his first venture funded company. It was scaled to over 500 employees and attracted venture financing from well known investors within less than a year. After selling his shares in 2016, he founded EMIL, a SaaS startup focusing on the insurance industry. In addition, he is a passionate business angel, investing in teams across different industries.

They are joining us on Thursday 7th of April to talk about their experiences around the topic of diversity in business, and give their insights on what to look out for in an employer and how we can all help facilitate change.
